UW Credit Union is hiring a Branch Manager for our Oshkosh Campus Branch!

You’ll play an instrumental role in building and maintaining relationships with the campus community and your team, proactively engaging with partners and stakeholders to foster strong connections and drive collaboration. As a Branch Manager, you’ll demonstrate high emotional intelligence, recognizing and responding to the emotions and needs of others while providing effective coaching and development opportunities for your team. You’ll encourage continuous learning and professional growth, empowering your team to achieve their full potential. Your leadership will inspire your team to cultivate meaningful relationships with members, uncover their true financial needs, and make recommendations that help them achieve their financial dreams.
