The Deposit Operations Specialist (internally known as Deposit Services Specialist I) plays a critical role in enhancing our deposit products, services, and technology platforms—helping us streamline processes, boost performance, and improve member satisfaction.
The Deposit Operations Specialist is an entry-level position in our Deposit Operations team, processing transactions and providing operational support for checking, savings, money market, certificate, IRA, business and fiduciary accounts. The Deposit Operations Specialist provides superior service directly to members and supports other member-facing staff in resolving deposit account inquiries. The incumbent possesses strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, a commitment to accuracy and exceptional member service, and meets benchmarks for volume, service levels, and quality.
