At UW Credit Union, we believe in delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence. The Deposit Operations Project Coordinator (internally known as Membership Services Project Coordinator) plays a critical role in enhancing our deposit products, services, and technology platforms—helping us streamline processes, boost performance, and improve member satisfaction.
This position serves as the hub for project intake, prioritization, tracking, and coordination within Membership Services, with a strong emphasis on cross-departmental collaboration. While not a formal project manager role, it’s ideal for someone who thrives in a project-driven environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is looking to grow toward a future in project management.
From large-scale initiatives like our core conversion to specialized EFT and compliance projects, you will help ensure deliverables are completed accurately, risks are managed, and our teams are equipped for success.
