UW Credit Union is hiring a Manager of People Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our People systems. In this influential role, you’ll provide leadership to a talented team responsible for ensuring the tools and systems supporting the employee lifecycle are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with UWCU’s people-first culture. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the digital employee experience and advance the way our People Tech Team delivers value across the organization.
A day in the life of the Manager of People Technology might include coaching a team member through a technical system enhancement, collaborating with stakeholders on a roadmap for a new performance management platform, analyzing vendor demo feedback, or translating organizational needs into system configurations that streamline workflows and improve data visibility. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on problem solving, operating as both a people leader and a functional expert.
