We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Infrastructure Services to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our technology infrastructure. This individual will oversee all aspects of our infrastructure environment, including cutting-edge network architecture, voice and video systems, cloud technologies, colocation data centers, and endpoint management. They will ensure these services are reliable, secure, and scalable services that support our growing organization.
As a key member of UW Credit Union’s leadership team, the Director of Infrastructure will drive department-level planning, budgeting, and policy creation, while managing a talented and technically strong team that has recently completed a major data center relocation and network transformation.
The ideal candidate brings a high-performance mindset, a strategic yet hands-on leadership style, and a passion for continuous improvement. We're looking for someone who can inspire and challenge a skilled team, clearly communicate a vision for the future, and identify innovative ways to evolve our infrastructure operations.
