Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you will lead, and work along-side, a team of highly skilled software engineers, in a collaborative Agile environment, as we develop applications to help UW Credit Union remain one of Wisconsin’s top financial institutions.

As a Software Engineering Manager, leading a team of software engineers is where you shine. If you’re a UW Credit Union member, you’ve already experienced our team’s work: intuitive, easy-to-use applications and systems that align with our members’ best interest. We design and build application solutions for our employees and members that make their lives easier. From UW Credit Union’s Web Branch to our mobile app, lending applications, intranet, and more, our in-house development team does it all to support over 360,000 members. You’ll also assist in paving the way for UW Credit Union’s future, including driving adoption of new technologies and processes. If you’re ready for a career with a Top Workplace, we want to talk to you!

This position is hybrid requiring an onsite presence at our Madison-WI Administrative Office.
